Psychological strain on healthcare staff during the Covid-19 pandemic

Cross-sectional survey study, first data collection in Summer 2020, second data collection in Summer 2021 in Austria and Germany. Over one year into the Covid-19 pandemic, how strong is psychological strain on different kinds of healthcare staff? Which clinical symptoms are most prevalent? Which factors of professional strain and work culture do participants attribute this strain to? Would they like to seek psychological support - if so, which kind of support? If not, which factors hinder them from seeking help?
